Refund Policy

1. STANDARD REFUND TERMS

At Hostiera, we strive to deliver reliable and customer-focused services. We offer a standard refund period of 7 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase for eligible services. This period is designed to provide our clients the opportunity to evaluate our offerings. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases, and renewals or subsequent purchases are not covered under this policy.

2. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR REFUND UNDER STANDARD TERMS

The following services are refundable within 7 days of the initial transaction, provided they do not violate any of our Terms of Service:

  • Shared Hosting Plans (excluding those following Free Trial)
  • Cloud Hosting (initial subscription only)
  • WordPress Hosting
  • SSL Certificates
  • Daily Backups Add-on
  • Cloudflare Integration
  • Professional Email Services (first-time purchase only)
  • WordPress Add-ons
  • Dark Web Monitoring Add-ons

3. PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUNDS

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • All subscription services purchased for a period of 1 month or less
  • Domain Name Renewals
  • Domain Transfers (if successfully processed)
  • Redemption Fees for expired domains
  • Privacy Protection for Domains
  • SEO Tools and Marketing Panels
  • Third-Party Email Services (e.g., Google Workspace)
  • VPS Licenses
  • Website Cleanup Services
  • Support Add-ons or Paid Technical Assistance
  • Storage Add-ons for email or hosting
  • Boosted Performance Add-ons (e.g., Cloud Boosters)
These services are delivered in full at the time of purchase or are bound by third-party non-refundable contracts, making refund requests ineligible.

4. PRODUCTS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS

Certain services are subject to conditional refund terms: Domain Name Registration: These may be refundable only if both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The refund is requested within 96 hours of the initial domain registration.
  2. At least 24 hours have passed since the last refund was issued for any other domain registration under the same account.
Please note that Domain Registration is generally non-refundable due to ICANN and registry policies. Refunds for domain registration are rarely granted and only under exceptional circumstances.

5. DOMAIN NAME TRANSFERS

Refunds for domain transfers are allowed only if:

  1. The transfer fails and is not completed successfully.
  2. The refund is requested within 7 days from the date of payment for that domain transfer.
Successful transfers are irreversible and non-refundable due to registrar policies.

6. REFUNDS FOR SPECIAL DEALS

Occasionally, Hostiera may offer promotional discounts, bundled offers, or limited-time deals. These offers are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds. All terms of such promotions are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and clients are advised to review them thoroughly.

7. PAYMENT METHODS WITH SPECIAL REFUND TERMS

Different payment gateways and processors (such as UPI, PayPal, or international cards) may have unique processing or reversal conditions. Hostiera cannot override refund limitations or delays imposed by financial intermediaries. Refunds will be made only to the original funding source and are subject to the payment provider’s terms.

8. REFUNDS TO BALANCE

Clients may request to have a refund issued as a credit to their Hostiera account balance instead of the original payment method. This balance can be used for purchasing or renewing other Hostiera services. Please note that once a refund is credited to your Hostiera balance, it becomes non-refundable and can only be used within the Hostiera platform.

9. REFUNDS FROM BALANCE

If your account balance was funded in excess, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction that led to the overfunding. In specific cases, we may consider issuing a refund for alternate payments within the 7-day window if the original payment falls outside of that period. However, refunding from balance is a one-time exception and not a guaranteed service.

10. CHARGEBACKS

Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated through your bank or payment processor will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed, your account may be suspended or permanently terminated, and the issue will be escalated for dispute resolution. To avoid such action, we encourage all clients to contact Hostiera Support before disputing any charges.
